Champagne has a reputation for being expensive, but finding the best bottle of fizz doesn’t have to cost you the earth. We’ve been busy scouring a range of supermarket and online retailer sites to hunt down the best champagne deals live right now, including familiar names like Taittinger, Moët & Chandon, and Bollinger, plus more affordable supermarket-own versions, too.
If you’re stocking up on bubbles for a party, it might also make sense to buy in bulk, so we’ve included discounts that are applied when you buy multiple bottles. For tried-and-tested recommendations from our wine expert Henry Jeffreys, discover our guide to the best champagne, as well as our guides on the best pinot noir, best rosé, best rioja, and best pinot grigio.

Champagne deals from UK online retailers and supermarkets
Save up to 35% on selected champagne with the Good Food Wine Club in partnership with Laithwaites
If you’re looking for a good deal on Taittinger champagne, you’re in luck. You can save £70 on individual bottle of Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut 2013 at The Good Food Wine Club in partnership with Laithwaites – or buy a case of 12 and you can save £840.
For those working with a slightly smaller budget, there’s also £108 off a 12-bottle case of Champagne Charles de Cazanove Brut NV, and £204 off 12 bottles of Champagne Nicolo & Paradis Brut NV, both of which have notes of citrus and orchard fruits. Plus, new customers can receive an extra 20% off and free delivery.

Save on selected bottles of champagne, with an extra 5% off when you buy six bottles or more
Among the best Waitrose champagne deals we’ve seen so far are £15 off a bottle of Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV and £20 off a Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Brut. If you buy any six bottles or more, you can also get an extra 5% off your order (excludes Scotland, Wales and Jersey).
- Available from Waitrose
Up to 33% off champagne and sparkling wine at Majestic when you buy any six bottles
Majestic’s current champagne deals come as part of a ‘Mix Any Six and Save’ offer, which means you can get money off champagne and sparkling wine when you buy any six bottles from the retailer. You can select six of the same bottle or select a few different styles – the choice is entirely up to you.
The best vintage champagne deals we’ve spotted so far include £15 off a 2016/2018 Pol Roger (was £110, now £95) and £25 off a 2013 Dom Perignon Brut (was £230, now £205). There are offers on magnums, too, including £20 off a Laurent-Perrier rosé champagne magnum (was £200, now £180).
On the more affordable end of the scale, you can save £5 on a Moët and Chandon Brut Imperial champagne, available for £43, and a Devaux Oeil de Perdrix Brut rosé champagne, now just £22. Just bear in mind that these prices are only available when you add six or more bottles to your basket.
- Available from Majestic
Save 10% when you buy any four bottles of champagne at Fenwick
If the likes of Taittinger, Bollinger, Veuve Clicquot, and Pol Roger extend beyond your normal drinks budget, you can now save a small amount on selected bottles at Fenwick this December. Simply add any four bottles to your basket, and a 10% discount will be applied – perfect if you’re hosting a small crowd or stocking up on favourites.
- Available from Fenwick
Get up to £30 off champagne at The Whisky Exchange
While the current savings at The Whisky Exchange aren’t as large as other retailers, you can get £30 off a bottle of Bollinger R.D. 2002 Extra Brut Champagne (was £299, now £269) and £20 off a Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2015 Champagne (was £65.95, now £45.95), which was awarded ‘Champagne of the Month’.
If you’re looking for something extra special, you can also save £26 on a magnum of Pol Roger Brut Vintage 2015 Champagne
(was £225, now £199), which comes in a gift box and has notes of almonds, honeysuckle, peaches, toast and sweet pastries.
- Available from The Whisky Exchange
Get 10% off when you buy 6 or more bottles at Fortnum and Mason
We don’t often see Fortnum and Mason champagne deals and the luxury department store doesn’t tend to run sales events, either. However, you can save 10% when you buy any six bottles – bestsellers include Fortnum’s Personalised Blanc de Blancs Champagne and Fortnum’s Brut Rosé Champagne, the latter of which comes in an exclusive gift box.
Any orders over £150 also include free delivery.
- Available from Fortnum & Mason
25% off selected champagne and prosecco at Perfect Cellar
There’s a good range of champagne offers to suit most budgets at Perfect Cellar – whether you want to splash out on a Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle Iteration No.25, worth £176.22 (down from £234.95), or would prefer something on the more affordable end – like a Michel Genet MG BB Spirit Grand Cru Champagne NV, now just £32.26 with 15% off. New customers can also save an extra 10% off when they register.

How do we find and select champagne deals
Identifying a good deal isn’t always easy, especially as some retailers mark prices up before dropping them again, to make the discounts look more appealing. However, that’s where we come in. We’re doing all the hard work for you, and keeping a close eye on what the most popular champagne retailers are currently offering to help you find the best deals out there. Prices can fluctuate as demand grows and products go out of stock, so we’ll always highlight any increases or reductions in cost, too.
We also only feature deals from brands we trust. However, that doesn’t mean we just look at the big supermarkets and larger online retailers, like Majestic or Laithwaites. We look at smaller brands, too, including specialist wine retailers that might be offering prices that their larger counterparts can’t. Read more advice on shopping safely in our guide on how to avoid online scams.
How to get a good champagne deal
- Set a budget and stick to it: Remember to only spend on what you can afford, and set a budget before you start shopping for deals so you’re aren’t led astray. Only buy when you see a price you’re completely happy with.
- Buy in bulk: But only if you planning to do so anyway, or you think you might need it. There’s no point spending extra money for the sake of it, but if it’s more cost-efficient, you can save with ‘buy more to save’ deals from certain supermarkets or online retailers. For instance, Majestic is offering up to 33% off champagne and sparkling wine when you buy any six bottles.
- Look for extra offers: Some retailers include additional perks on top of a deal, like free delivery, discounts for new customers, or promo codes when you sign up to their newsletter.
