• The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487). 
• The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members. 
• The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 10 NOVEMBER 2026. 
• By entering the promotion, participants agree (a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and (b) that should they win the promotion, they may be contacted by the Promoter to request the use of their name and likeness for pre-arranged promotional purposes. 
• Entrants should enter by liking the relevant post on the @goodfoodeveryday Instagram account, following @goodfoodeveryday, @samuelwgoldsmith and @ankarsrum.uk, and commenting on the post to state who they would like to make a cake with using the prize. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. 
• Entrants must supply the Promoter with their name and Instagram user handle when requested. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy: https://www.immediate.co.uk/privacy/. Entrants’ details are collected and used by the Promoter, not Instagram. The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from liability. 
• Only one entry is permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted. 
• One winner will receive one Ankarsrum Assistant Original Stand Mixer and The Frozen Peas Cookbook by Samuel Goldsmith.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the winner’s details with the prize provider for fulfilment or delivery. 
• The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by Instagram direct message. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 21 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer it in a future promotion. 
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter may substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
